Shipping Policy

Singapore and Worldwide

We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, South East Asia, and Worldwide. We use JnT Express, Ninjavan, UPS, Fedex, Aramex, EMS, DHL. We are open to private couriers as well, pickup can be done at our warehouse.

All orders are processed and shipped from Singapore.

Tracking Number

All orders sent will follow with a tracking number. You will receive this via our system email or a separate email. Alternatively we will contact you at your preferred communication platform, ie whatsapp, discord.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

In case of a failed or refused delivery, after multiple attempts and contacts, the courier might return the package to us. Should there be additional charges, this will be borne by the customer.

Processing of Orders

We aim to process your orders within 24-48 hours for all in stocked items. Please note that items marked with pre-order will be processed once they arrive. Please separate your orders for in-stock and pre-orders if you need them urgently, as they will be shipped together.

We advise and recommend customers to provide both a phone number and email, so we can get in touch with you should the need arise.
